Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and governs the logistics, costs, liability, and jurisdiction of all product deliveries made by TrulyNuts® globally.

  1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

We deliver worldwide through certified logistics partners, including but not limited to DHL Express, FedEx, and local partners (Servientrega in Colombia).

  • Domestic shipping (within Colombia): Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
  • International shipping: North America (3–7 business days), Europe (5–10), LATAM (3–6), Asia-Pacific (7–12).
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Orders above USD $80 (international) or COP $150,000 (domestic) qualify for free shipping.
  1. Order Fulfillment & Delays

Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days only). TrulyNuts® shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure (strikes, wars, pandemics)
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Carrier disruptions or last-mile restrictions
  1. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. TrulyNuts® is not liable for customs delays or confiscation due to country-specific import regulations.

  1. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
  • In case of damaged or lost parcels, clients must file a claim within 5 days of receipt or expected delivery.
  • We may, at our discretion, reship, refund, or issue store credit.
  • Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence and shipping reference.
