By accessing this site and purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TrulyNuts S.A.S., governed under Colombian and international commercial law.

All content, branding, product formulas, and website assets are exclusive property of TrulyNuts® and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

  1. Product Use Disclaimer

TrulyNuts® products are food-grade items, not medical treatments. Statements regarding nutritional benefits are for educational purposes only and not approved by the FDA or EFSA. Use at your own discretion.

  1. Allergen & Dietary Responsibility

Our products contain or may be manufactured near: tree nuts, sacha inchi, chocolate, and sesame. Customers are responsible for verifying ingredients prior to consumption. TrulyNuts® assumes no liability for allergic reactions.

  1. Nutritional Compliance

Our formulas comply with nutritional labelling requirements under:

  • FDA CFR 101 (USA)
  • Reg. EU No 1169/2011 (Europe)
  • Resolución 810/2021 (Colombia)

 

  1. Medical Warranty Limitation

We do not guarantee medical outcomes or treat diseases. If you have a pre-existing condition, consult a licensed professional. TrulyNuts® disclaims all express or implied medical guarantees.

  1. Governing Law & Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Colombia. International users accept arbitration as first recourse under the ICC Arbitration Rules. Costs are borne by the party initiating the claim.
