SACHA INCHI CHICKEN TENDERS

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sacha inchi flour
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Sacha inchi oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Slice chicken into tenders.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and place cornstarch in a separate plate.
  3. Coat chicken in cornstarch, then egg, then dry mix.
  4. Bake or air fry for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
