Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sacha inchi flour
- 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Sacha inchi oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Slice chicken into tenders.
- Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and place cornstarch in a separate plate.
- Coat chicken in cornstarch, then egg, then dry mix.
- Bake or air fry for 20–25 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
