SACHA INCHI GRANOLA

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped sacha inchi
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
  2. Mix oats, seeds, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add honey and oil. Mix well.
  4. Spread on tray and bake 21–24 min, stirring halfway.
  5. Cool 45 min, add raisins, and store in airtight jar.
