Ingredients:
- 4 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups chopped sacha inchi
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2/3 cup raisins
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
- Mix oats, seeds, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add honey and oil. Mix well.
- Spread on tray and bake 21–24 min, stirring halfway.
- Cool 45 min, add raisins, and store in airtight jar.
