Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup sacha inchi seeds
- 2 tbsp sacha inchi oil
- 2 tbsp sacha inchi butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chickpea cooking liquid
- Salt and sweet paprika to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the sacha inchi seeds.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Serve garnished with sweet paprika.
