SACHA INCHI PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sacha inchi milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla sacha inchi protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Steps:

  1. Mash the banana into a purée.
  2. Whisk the eggs and mix with banana, milk, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add the flour, protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Preheat a pan and grease with butter.
  5. Cook until golden and set.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt.
