SACHA INCHI HUMMUS

Filters: Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, high in protein

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup sacha inchi seeds
  • 2 tbsp sacha inchi oil
  • 2 tbsp sacha inchi butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup chickpea cooking liquid
  • Salt and sweet paprika to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the sacha inchi seeds.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve garnished with sweet paprika.
