Ingredients:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 100 g sacha inchi flour
- 200 ml warm water
- 10 g dry yeast
- 15 g sacha inchi oil
- 7 g salt
- 5 g sugar or honey
- 250 g mozzarella
- 8 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2–3 tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
Steps:
- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar or honey.
- Sift flours with salt. Add yeast mixture and oil.
- Knead, divide and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Roll out into pizza bases. Prebake if desired.
- Add sauce, cheese, and tomatoes. Bake 10–12 min at 220 °C.
- Top with fresh basil once baked.
