Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sacha inchi milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla sacha inchi protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Steps:
- Mash the banana into a purée.
- Whisk the eggs and mix with banana, milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Preheat a pan and grease with butter.
- Cook until golden and set.
- Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt.
