- 150 g sacha inchi seeds
- 1 liter water
- 3 dates
- Pinch of salt
Steps:
- Soak the seeds for 12 hours.
- Rinse well and blend with water, dates, and salt.
- Strain through a fine cloth.
- Store in a glass bottle in the fridge.
