SACHA INCHI PLANT MILK

Ingredients:

  • 150 g sacha inchi seeds
  • 1 liter water
  • 3 dates
  • Pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Soak the seeds for 12 hours.
  2. Rinse well and blend with water, dates, and salt.
  3. Strain through a fine cloth.
  4. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge.
